Noetic yoga embraces the union of mind and body, bringing awareness, acceptance and oneness.

The whole process can only be known through your experience which happens uniquely to you in your own way, and your own time. In life, there’s no substitute for living fully – healthy bodies and healthy psyches need movement. Through yoga we encourage and maintain the flow of energy in our bodies and lives, restoring and rejuvenating.

In our practice, we approach the yoga asanas (poses) and vinyasa sequences (poses linked by breathing) with the understanding that we aim to work in harmony with our mind by noticing our thoughts and allowing space in which to create a balanced, liberated approach to our practice and life.

In practical terms, learning how to take our enlightened attitude from the mat and into our daily lives will help to live full, rich and vibrant lives.
